Emily, Nutritional Therapist & Naturopath

Emily is a registered Nutritional Therapist whilst also training to be a Naturopath. Emily’s nutrition journey started in her mid-20s, where she was suffering from chronic eczema, asthma and amenorrhea (no periods).  She suffered from pain and confusion for more than 5 years, trying various medications, steroid creams and blood tests.

After continuously being told by the GP that her bloods were normal, she decided to research natural remedies and root causes of her conditions. Overnight, she embarked on a lifestyle overhaul. Within 2 weeks, her eczema had vanished. Fast forward 6 months and her asthma had virtually disappeared, her periods had started again and she had developed a thirst to help overs overcome their health concerns.

Emily studied 4 years of Naturopathy at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, in London.
